All rules promulgated by the board of boiler rules and the elevator and amusement device safety board, with the assistance and under the authority of the department of labor and workforce development on such boards' behalf prior to July 1, 2026, and in effect on the date that this bill becomes a law, remain in full force and effect and must be administered by such boards with the assistance and under the authority of the division of health related boards within the department of commerce and insurance until duly amended, repealed, expired, modified, or suspended.
